Graphene

This shot shows the process of cleaning of Graphene plates witch are pure carbon in the form of a very thin, nearly transparent sheets, one atom thick.It is remarkably strong for its very low weight (100 times stronger than steel) and it conducts heat and electricity with great efficiency.

This is scientific animation which I have created with Tomasz Lechociński for the Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences ichf.edu.pl

The animation shows the process of cleaning the Graphene sheets from impurties by applaying TTF molecules.
